You're no stranger to pushing yourself to the limit.
In work. In life. And in the gym.
You're a go-getter, with a desire to keep your body in shape, your energy levels high and be the best you can be.
On the outside it would appear you’ve got it all together.
On the inside, YOU'RE AT A BREAKING POINT.
You're tired of trying to do it all.
Tired of trying to 'keep up with the Jones'.
Tired of pushing through.
Tired of being tired.
The constant pressure of needing to be "ON" all the time is taking a toll on your mental health.
Your work. Your marriage. Your fitness routine. Your self care.
Your enthusiasm for life is gone.
Things that used to be fun now feel like a chore.
Things that used to feel easy now feel difficult.
Just thinking about the gym makes you cringe.
It's tough to say, but even being present with your family can feel like a duty you'd rather avoid.
- Headaches and stomach aches
- Joint pain and tight muscles
- Digestion issues, gas, and bloating
- Weight gain
- Inability to lose weight
- Mental anxiety, self doubt, depression
The stress is affecting your body:
The hard truth? It’s not working. And it's not getting better.
You've met with doctors, done diets, started new exercise routines, listened to podcasts, even tried meditation and read self-help books.
You're told things like:
"Just do this diet."
"Just take this pill."
"Just go on vacation."
"Just get a new job."
"Just get a new partner."
Or my favorite, "just give it some time, it'll get better"
You keep falling back into your familiar self- abusive habits, and creating the same reality day after day.
You want to feel good again.
You miss having energy, feeling confident in your body, and being happy.
You miss the days when exercise was fun, and food wasn't a source of stress.
You miss laughing and connecting with your loved ones.
In those quiet times, you find yourself saying, “What happened to me?”
NOTHING HAPPENED TO YOU.
The strong, happy, vibrant YOU is still there and I can help connect you back to her.
Unfortunately, a life full of overwhelm and burnout has become the new norm for many women.
Despite that it's how most women live, it doesn't have to be this way.
There's a way out of this cycle.
There's a new way way. A better way to live.
Something by women for women.
A way for women to FEEL their best in every part of their life.
A way that connects ancient wisdom and modern science.
A way for you to finally have the tools, know-how, and community to end the struggle for good, and create a body and life you love.
It's called the Self Mastery Program.
Training your mind and nervous system to be aware of and let go of unsupportive habits.
Aligning your mind and nervous system with new, supportive ways of thinking, feeling and treating yourself.
Rewiring your mind and nervous system to create new lasting habits.
Hi, I'm Nat! Over the past 18 years, I've had the privilege of helping thousands of people feel their absolute best mentally, emotionally, and physically.
I'll be the first to admit, prioritizing my own well-being wasn't always at the top of my list. Initially, it was all about chasing external achievements and pushing myself to excel in every aspect of life. Taking a moment to pause and care for myself didn't come naturally.
But along with that drive came some valuable lessons. As a former pro athlete, I've experienced firsthand the challenges of finding balance and maintaining well-being. I've grappled with health issues, food struggles, and pressure to perform... and often found myself with anxiety, overwhelm and burnout.
It took some serious soul-searching, including traveling the globe, learning from wise mentors, and challenging my own habits, to realize that my relentless ambition was actually holding me back from true health and vitality.
Now, I'm here to share what I've learned. Let's work together to rediscover balance, deep health, and inner peace – because you deserve to feel your best, too.
"I’m 38 yr old wife & mom of two teenage boys 17 & 16 yrs old. I’m a building inspector and work 40 hrs/wk min which includes traveling across all of Texas; some flying but mostly driving, going to construction sites that might incorporate a lot of walking (bonus), or sitting at desk reviewing plans/typing reports. I work out at 0500 at least three weekdays and typically always on Saturday and occasional Sunday. I did CrossFit for several years but I’m burning out and don’t really feel like it is helping me with my goals anymore. I’m ALWAYS hungry and even though I stopped counting my macros, I eat fairly healthy. I love coffee and have slowed down on my hobbies a little which included CrossFit & skydiving but now I want to spend less time going sooo extreme ALL the time!"
What's your BIGGEST current struggle?
"FAT LOSS.... and not being stressed! So... yeah... a losing battle. And also, I’m ALWAYS hungry. You can call me starving in San Antonio. Dramatic, I know but it’s true."
What prompted you to reach out to me for help with nutrition coaching?
"I need someone that understands ME, my weird body, and constant hunger!"
"I’m 55 years old and have 2 kids, Steve 31 and Allie 28. I live on Maui and love the island living!! I am married for the second time, 6 years to an amazing guy who is dealing with some very difficult medical issues! I am a high school counselor for 18 years. I’ve been on diets since I was 18 years old but had a mom whose been on a diet since I was born and is now 85 and still worried about that extra pound. I have always loved working out and have been doing various forms of it since 18. I have really never had a problem with my weight but never really been happy about my body. Since 53 I have struggled with keeping weight off and not able to gain muscle. I workout twice a day- I run 3 to 4 days a week, lift weights 3 to 4 days a week and I paddle a couple hours a day and race competitively on the weekends."
What's your BIGGEST current struggle?
"My biggest struggle is leaning out and getting muscles. My roadblock is sugar and addictive eating patterns and mindless eating, due to stress!"
What prompted you to reach out to me for help with nutrition coaching?
"I heard you on one of my favorite podcasts and your knowledge on female metabolism and addiction to food and gym really spoke to me."
“I’m a 44 y/0 female that was gaining weight (especially last year: 10+ lbs) with no change in diet/exercise. My work is pretty sedentary (8+ hrs of computer work). My type of workouts are crossfit but have always have been in a scaled level due to a back injury.
I’ve followed macros and diet templates quite strictly and still don’t lose weight. Feeling tired, sluggish all day.
I am disciplined with the diet programs that I do but this year in particular, I have gained weight and can’t lose it. My coaches are puzzled on why it doesn’t work for me."
What prompted you to reach out to me for help?
"Not every coach knows how to deal with women 40+ and the hormonal changes we go through."
Is there anything else you'd like me to know about you, or your situation in general, before we connect?
"I have visited my primary doctor, obgyn and they blame the weight gain and feeling tired to age and offer no solutions but deal with the fact that women age and gain weight. I am a bit frustrated and the past months have been stressed about the fact that i am doing “everything right” and not seeing results."
