But you can call me
I help people slow down, restore health in both mind and body, and reconnect with themselves in a deeper way.
Through qigong, heart-centered meditation, and the healing wisdom of nature, I guide you to release the pressure of always being “on” - to prove, push, or perfect- and instead live from a place of trust, presence, and self-love.
These gentle yet powerful practices help you feel grounded, alive, and aligned with the truth of who you are- so you can create balance, peace, and a life that truly nourishes you.
former professional athlete turned holistic health coach, dedicated to helping people break free from stress, burnout, and self-destructive cycles so they can finally feel good in their body and at peace in their life.
I know firsthand how easy it is to push yourself past your limits in the name of success, approval, or “doing the right thing.”
For years, I chased society’s version of worthiness- be the best, be skinny, make more money, achieve something big, put others first- until it broke me.
At the age of 28, I went from one of the fittest athletes in the world and a very thriving entrepreneaur to one of the sickest- struggling with rapid weight gain, adrenal fatigue, thyroid issues, pre-diabetes, stress-induced menopause and depression.
That wake-up call became the turning point that changed everything.
I spent the next decade traveling the world, learning from master teachers in both ancient healing arts and modern science. I discovered that true health and happiness aren’t found in more striving — they’re found in remembering how to be at home in your body, connected to your heart, and in harmony with life.
Now, I help others do the same.
Now, I use qigong, heart-centered meditation, and nature-based practices to help people restore balance, release the pressure to constantly prove themselves, and reconnect with the deep peace that’s already within them. Whether through my classes, my Art of Feeling Good 30-day course, or 1-on-1 coaching, I guide people to rewire the way they think, feel, and live — so feeling good becomes natural, effortless, and lasting.
No matter if it’s in a qigong class, an online course, or a private session, my work is about one thing:
helping you feel good in your body and at peace in your heart. Together, we’ll let go of what’s been draining you and find your way back to balance, ease, and the truest version of you. And woven through every session, you’ll find This same gentle 4-step process I use to guide all my students and clients toward that kind of lasting change.
Learn how to replace exhaustion, stress, and guilt with nourishment, balance, and self-trust. This is where you reconnect with your body, honor your needs, and create daily habits that support your long-term health and well-being- not just temporary relief.
Healing isn’t just about knowing what to do- it’s about becoming the person who lives differently. Here, we rewire the subconscious patterns that keep you stuck, regulate your nervous system, and build the emotional resilience needed to move through life with ease and confidence.
Step fully into the life you were meant to live- one where well-being isn’t something you have to chase, but something that naturally flows through you. Here, peace, health, and freedom become your new normal. You wake up feeling good, not because you worked for it, but because you are it.
Let go of the patterns that no longer serve you- overworking, self-sabotage, perfectionism, people-pleasing, numbing, or chasing validation. These habits may have once helped you feel safe or in control, but now, they’re keeping you stuck. It’s time to release them.
“I’m a 44 y/0 female that was gaining weight (especially last year: 10+ lbs) with no change in diet/exercise. My work is pretty sedentary (8+ hrs of computer work). My type of workouts are crossfit but have always have been in a scaled level due to a back injury.
I’ve followed macros and diet templates quite strictly and still don’t lose weight. Feeling tired, sluggish all day.
I am disciplined with the diet programs that I do but this year in particular, I have gained weight and can’t lose it. My coaches are puzzled on why it doesn’t work for me."
What prompted you to reach out to me for help?
"Not every coach knows how to deal with women 40+ and the hormonal changes we go through."
Is there anything else you'd like me to know about you, or your situation in general, before we connect?
"I have visited my primary doctor, obgyn and they blame the weight gain and feeling tired to age and offer no solutions but deal with the fact that women age and gain weight. I am a bit frustrated and the past months have been stressed about the fact that i am doing “everything right” and not seeing results."
"I’m 55 years old and have 2 kids, Steve 31 and Allie 28. I live on Maui and love the island living!! I am married for the second time, 6 years to an amazing guy who is dealing with some very difficult medical issues! I am a high school counselor for 18 years. I’ve been on diets since I was 18 years old but had a mom whose been on a diet since I was born and is now 85 and still worried about that extra pound. I have always loved working out and have been doing various forms of it since 18. I have really never had a problem with my weight but never really been happy about my body. Since 53 I have struggled with keeping weight off and not able to gain muscle. I workout twice a day- I run 3 to 4 days a week, lift weights 3 to 4 days a week and I paddle a couple hours a day and race competitively on the weekends."
What's your BIGGEST current struggle?
"My biggest struggle is sugar and addictive eating patterns and mindless eating, due to stress!"
What prompted you to reach out to me for help with nutrition coaching?
"I heard you on one of my favorite podcasts and your knowledge on how our mindset affects our bodies and addiction to food and gym really spoke to me."
"I’m 38 yr old wife & mom of two teenage boys 17 & 16 yrs old. I’m a building inspector and work 40 hrs/wk min which includes traveling across all of Texas; some flying but mostly driving, going to construction sites that might incorporate a lot of walking (bonus), or sitting at desk reviewing plans/typing reports. I work out at 0500 at least three weekdays and typically always on Saturday and occasional Sunday. I did CrossFit for several years but I’m burning out and don’t really feel like it is helping me with my goals anymore. I’m ALWAYS hungry and even though I stopped counting my macros, I eat fairly healthy. I love coffee and have slowed down on my hobbies a little which included CrossFit & skydiving but now I want to spend less time going sooo extreme ALL the time!"
What's your BIGGEST current struggle?
Not being stressed. So... yeah... a losing battle. And also, I’m ALWAYS hungry. You can call me 'Starving in San Antonio'. Dramatic, I know but it’s true."
What prompted you to reach out to me for help with nutrition coaching?
